Dynamic link super slow in Premiere and AE 25.1.0

Hello there,

Working with Premiere and AE 25.1.0, on a M1 Max 64Gb running Mac OsX 12.1.
The project is a lyric video so i'm editing the footages on Premiere while creating the animated texts on After Effects, plain and simple, through Adobe dynamic link.

The thing is, for every tiny detail I apply on my AE file, it takes like 30 seconds to update on Premiere.
I assume this is way too much, specially cause on the beginning of this very project I had no lag at all.

Any hints?

Doing some testing here, I've found out that:

1) If you Replace with Adobe After Effects Composition, there is absolutely NO lag, no missed links, things go pretty smooth.
2) If you import an After Effects composition into Premiere timeline, you WILL have lag, missed links, etc.

So, I guess, for an user of Premiere and AE 2025 (25.1.0), this is pretty much what it has to be done.
