error reproducción nueva actualización

Hola, a la hora de usar Premiere Pro, todo me funciona bien, pero a la hora de reproducir contenidos se me traba el video y no me deja hacer mas nada. puedo seguir moviendome de manera fluida por el programa pero no me deja ni reproducir contenido, ni exportar, nada. esto me paso después de instalar la ultima actualización.

    Hi, everything works fine when I use Premiere Pro, but when I try to play content, the video freezes and I can't do anything else. I can still navigate smoothly through the program, but it won't let me play content, export, or anything. This happened to me after installing the latest update.
