Imported presets are not saved in Premiere Pro 23.1

I am using Premiere Pro 23.1 on Windows 11 and since this version, newly imported presets disappear from the Presets list whenever I close and reopen Premiere Pro. This has never happened before. It started after updating to Premiere Pro 23.1. My sister has the same bug on her PC with PP 23.1 on Windows 10.

I think you can manually install the presets, copying them from the folder where they resided in the previous premiere version where they worked. I know you can manually install a keyboard preset this way...

I am having the same problem, everything was fine, until I installed Photoshop Beta for generative fill.

So the premiere is loosing the presets which I installed, and also resetting my keyboard shortcuts too.
