Keyboard not working

Hi everyone 

Most of the keyboard inputs are not working when I am on Premiere, the only command that seems to work is command S and Q and maybe copy and paste. All other inputs do not work. The keyboard inputs work fine outside of Premiere. Restarting the computer usually fixes it but not always. This problem only happens when I use the 2023 versions of Premiere and I have resorted to using the 2022 version to avoid it.  Any feed back would be appreciated.
