Laggy timeline scrolling in Premiere pro 2020

When I am working on Premiere Pro 2022 when you are scrolling the timeline everything looks smooth.

But in Premiere Pro 2020 scrolling the timeline is slower than working on the higher version. 

Is there any fix to this?

I am working on Macbook Air 2020 M1 8gb 256gb.
