Low Level Exeption, Importer 39, Importer 81, Crashing While Render.

First: PC Specs: 

Windows 10 -64bits

Rtx 4050 notebook
i7-1250H
32GB ddr4

Second:
I'm having Importer 39, importer 81, low-level, and also werfault.exe, idk why, my drivers are ok, I just can't export videos, I'm almost changing of platform because of it.

I begin the project editing ok, but when i close it and reopen, or after some hours when i try to export, this is happening, can somebody help me?

I've tried enable/disable, creating a new sequence and putting everthing there with ctr c/ctr v, and also downgrade my premiere for multiple versions, but NOTHING, NOTHING, 3 days with this issues without being able to work, i need help please!!

Also tried to use media encoder, but then, it freezes.
