Mask tracking zero progress

Hello,

I applied the Gaussian Blur effect on a video clip and used the pen tool to apply a mask around a number plate. I then hit the play button to track the mask as the car moves but the progress bar doesn't show any progress. When I select "Stop" I am then unable to select track again as all the buttons are greyed out.

I'm using M1 Max so I don't think it is an isssue with memory.

Thanks,

It's never going to move. It's not a time/computing power thing. It's broken.

So it hasn't moved in two days, how long do I have to wait?  What is the discount for the software due to this problem?

Any status update on this?  It's been since June since it was "Started", but then changed to a status of "Acknowledged" a few months later.  Is this one of those "we changed our minds" kind of things?

Hi @Kevin-Monahan. Good news. I found my problem. I was using the "Insta360 Reframe - Plugin for Adobe Premiere" so I could work with Insta360 footage in Premiere. I uninstalled that, and the audio issues are gone. It was Insta Free Frame footage I was editing. So I exported that video with the plugin installed (it stabilised the video). Then uninstalled and exported the audio without any issues - no more random clicks and pops.
