'Media analysis & transcription' causes severe network throttle

I recently moved to an M3 Ultra Mac Studio - 96g ram

 

When I have Premiere Running with a project open, my network connection, LAN, Internet, NAS, is throttled down to a trickle. 

 

I went through multiple troubleshooting things and searches, thinking my NAS was an issue. 

 

The fix i found was to disable 'Media analysis & transcription' in the preferences.

A few questions: How big is your project and what kind of media are you working with? Where is your media located and where is your cache stored? What kind of bandwidth does your network have?

Premiere project size: under 50 MB
Media in Project: 8 1080p pro res clips at around 90 minutes each (church service multi clip). Plus various gfx clips and such
Media located on NAS
Media Cache is local HD
10 gigabit network
