My eyedropper only selects the color I want when I open the color panel

I attached a video of the problem in practice, I can't use the eyedropper tool directly through the fill and outline shortcut, this problem applies to all effects that have eyedroppers, such as ultra key, fill, essential graphics panels and external plugins.

Premiere Pro Version: 25.5.0

Hardware: Ryzen 5 7600, 32GB RAM 5600MHz DDR5, RTX 4060, 12TB M2 SSD/HDD

Windows 11 Pro

I'm using four monitors connected directly to my graphics card. I've been using them before, but the issue started when I switched two monitors, my main one being a 34" LG ultrawide.

This also happens when Premiere is only used on the main monitor. I've tried resetting my workspace, and the issue persists.

Yes, I'm using the recommended resolution and scaling options on all monitors.

Hi @lemes.av

Thank you for reporting a problem. We need a few more details to help with the issue like Premiere Pro version you are on and hardware specs. Please see How to Report a Problem

Are you using multiple monitors or any external monitors? Does this happen if Premiere Pro is used on your primary/single display only?

Are you using the recommended/default scale and resolution settings for your display or do you have custom options selected?

Hope we can help you soon,
Dani
