No funciona ningun codec para mi video en instagram

He exportado un video para instagram de un minuto y poco, al momento de querer subirlo, el cliente con un iphone y yo con un android, no deja reproducir el video, y aparece una imagen como si estuviera corrupto (tampoco lo reproduce la galería, solo con el reproductor VLC):

He probado a exportar un un bitrate menor o mayor, he probado también exportar en Mov. que supuestamente acepta instagram, también probé H.265 y nada

    @urkodelasheras,

     

    My quick searchs (and a brief experiment with Adobe Express, which has Instagram templates) indicates that Instagram and TikTok only allow up to HD options, not 4K.

      I would look up best export settings for tik tok or use one of the YouTube presets.

      The thing is the video is not for me, it for my client that has an iphone (idk witch model) and i have a Samsung galaxy A14, she wants to post it on instagram and tiktok

      Hi @urkodelasheras - it looks like your profile and levels settings are a bit high.  Most older mobile devices only support h264 main 3.1 while newer models support main 4.1.  Depending on your devices this could be the issue.  What models of devices are you using?
