No "Timeline" settings in the "Preferences" of Version 24.0

Installed a trial of the new version of PR on my laptop to give it a test run of the 24.0. Reinstalled 3 times already but I can't see the Timeline settings in the Preferences.

Is it just me or my machine?

Hoping anyone could chime in. Thanks.

You have to "sign in" to your account from the application in the Help section. It really helped me
