I'm getting constant pop ups saying 'Premiere Pro would like to access data from other apps' which I have to approve, every few minutes while working! Also the first crashes I've experienced in months, since upgrading to macOS 15.0. Using Mac Studio, M1 Ultra, 64GB RAM. Premiere version 24.6.1 v2 Please fix, thanks.

Hmm.. I've no help for you, but that's bee happening to me too, while I'm using Audition.  I've looked at the report file, and it's mostly unreadable, but it seems to point to a chromium extension missing. No idea how to fix it.

I've re-installed, restarted, cleared caches, trashed prefs, tried the beta, cleaned Audition with the cleaner tool, and repaired the Creative Cloud app. No help.

the past 2 days adobe keeps sending me this sorry an occurred pop up. It doesnt say what app the error occurred in. so I press send report. then I follow the instructions of the creative cloud diagnostics app which seems to be tied to adobe premiere. it says reset preferences. so i press that. it says "update app to version 24.6.1" so i press start update, but the app is already up to date. then 10 to 15 minutes later the same "sorry an error occurred" error pops up. doesnt say what app it is. nothing has crashed.  Mac Os Sequoia 15.0.1, premiere 24.6.1 (build 2)

Hi Rachel,
Great name.  Sorry this keeps happening.  I can see the error report you sent to Adobe and I will pass it on to the relevent team.  Have you also tried clearing the cache by pressing shift when launching?

Can you also tell me a bit more about you computer specs?

Had to downgrade my software from MacOS 15.0 back down to Sonoma. Luckily, I had a backup. Won't be updating the Mac until this issue is resolved.

Hi @JOSEPHB838 - When the crash dialog box opens, please select the checkbox "Adobe may contact me" and then enter your email address.  We can then look it up in our system and help diagnose what is happening.   Please dm me the email address you are using.

Hello All, I am once again having ongoing struggles with PP and AE integraion after the Sequoia update to my Mac.  This is occurring even after allowing "Full Dish Accesss" to both PP and AE.  Not only for integration operations betweeen PP and AE but even doing simple things such as scrubbing throug a timeline, importing clips and many other PP operations causing ongoing crashes. I have submitted error reports on all and am hoping and praying for a quick update to resolve this issues soon from Adobe!

Thank you Ian/Fergus. I'll file a bug report separately. I've added Full Disk Access and that has solved the permission pop ups for now, but I'm still getting crashes. The latest two were: 1. When pasting settings to an audio track; 2. When simply scrubbing in the timeline of a new project.

I also had crashes on starting a new and existing project but so far the "Full Disk Access" seems to also have taken care of that.  I am egarly awaiting Adobe's fix for this though as it makes me very uncomfortable to give full disk access to any app on my Mac.

Thanks for the response Fergus. I will wait for the fix and just live with it because adobe doesn't need access to my banking app or my mail app etc. so no full disk access regardless of how trustworthy you guys are.
