Hello,
Premier Pro and After Effects do not sync settings with Adobe CC.
Premier Pro 23.3.0 (build 61) - "Syncing failed with error code 0.00"
After Effects 23.3.0 (build 53) - "Authentication failed. Check network connection, Adobe Id, and password. Please try again"
PC: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 OS build: 22621.1555 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22640.1000.0
Adobe CC titles and files do sync though.
We have tried the following:
1. Uninstalled all Adobe CC software, ran CC Cleaner Tool, manually deleted Adobe folders/files from Documents/Program Files/Program Data/AppData folders. Ran Registry clean-up utility. Restarted the system and reinstalled Adobe CC. The issue persists.
2. Reinstalled older versions of Premier Pro. Didn't help.
3. Logged out from Adobe CC, deleted folders under C:\Users\[Uer Name]\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\23.0. then ran Premier with a successful log-in from the Premier Pro itself - the problem is the same.
4. Tried VPN - didn't help.
5. Disabled antivirus - didn't help.
I suspect the issue is in the Adobe CCsuite itself. Please advise if anyone encountered and resolved the settings sync issue.

UPDATE: After Premier Update the Error code got changed to -501

Syncing failed with error code 501 & 516
It sudden happen.
nothing change system
Today. Sync settings sucesse at PM_13:00
I change UI a little and try sync settings at PM_17:00
then it failed!!
two device occure same issue
Since then still can't sync

Been having the same issue for the last few updates. Getting error code 501 & 516.
Wondering if my Mac being managed by Okta is the issue?

Been having this problem for the last few months. Some things I do temporarily solve it, but it always comes back. Incredibly aggravating. Anyone have a solution for this yet?

Try:
Open Task Manager: Close all the Adobe Creative Cloud Services
This Error Code might be caused by the Creative Cloud CoreSync running in the background.
