Premiere 24.6.1 crashing on export, Nvidia Studio Driver 560.81

Issue - When I export videos longer than 3 minutes, my computer crashes and often gives a blue screen of death (but with a variety of error codes)
Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 24.6.1 (build 2)
Operating system - Windows 11, OS build 22631.4112
System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
- Computer model: Razer BY2 Blade 15 Advanced
- CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
- GPU driver: 560.81 (studio driver)
- RAM: 16GB
- Hard Drive: Samsung SSD 980 pro 2TB (internal)
Video format:
- Type: MPEG Movie
  File Size: 3.36 GB
  Image Size: 1920 x 1080
  Frame Rate: 59.94
  Source Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 16-bit - Stereo
  Project Audio Format: 48000 Hz - 32 bit floating point - Stereo
  Total Duration: 00;18;18;08
  Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0

Workflow details: There are 4 video tracks and 4 audio tracks
Steps to reproduce - (Very important!):
- Select the sequence
- Go to file->export->media
- For preset, select YouTube 1080p Full HD
- Format, H.264
- Click Export....
Expected result: exported the file
Actual result: Computer crashes. Here are some of the BSOD messages:
- MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
- VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION
- DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION
- CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

It does NOT crash when:

The file is smaller. I have exported some 2 or 3 minutes videos, but not the 7 minute video
If I use media encoder and choose software only rendering

Some things I have done:

Uninstalled Premiere & Media Encoder and reinstalled
Checked all drivers for updates (up to date on all)
Made a new project file and imported the media files (still crashed on export)

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not seeing any other reports, so I wanted to make sure I let someone know if it's an issue. It seems to point towards Nvidia and Adobe are clashing with each other.

As you can see, I got it working with Chareson's suggestion, but I'd like to turn the turbo setting back on at some point so please let me know if you're aware that this conflict gets fixed - thanks!

IT WORKED FOR ME TOO!!! I turned off the Intel Turbo Boost in the BIOS and was able to render the original file without problems. I did have the latest of all the drivers and Premiere (I did not reset all settings in Premiere).

Thank you! I'm glad to hear it's not just me and thanks for updating on your solution. I've just been using software-only rendering through Media Encoder and it's working for now (but obviously slower).

Well done. I was going to ask if you have an overclock applied? Or running any head up display software to see framerates, etc.

UPDATE:
After multiple version installs, Bios tweaking, Nvidia Driver updates, restarts...found a solution that worked for me.

Installed Nvidia Studio Driver (latest)
Turned off Intel Turbo Boost technology in BIOS

Latest Premiere Pro version install. Reset all preferences (hold alt on Premiere start, check all boxes).

Render completed.

Same here. But my video render is only 1min 30 sec.

Same Premiere Pro version
PC: Intel i9, Nvidia RTX 4090, 64gb Ram

Video is only coming from the DJI Pocket 3
Editing is no problem. When it comes to render. It's crashed twice. First time PC rebooted. Second time app crashed and closed.

Since you suspect an nVidia driver problem, you can try more than one backward install.

FWIW: I'm on 560.70 which I installed 07/20 and it's working fine.

Thank you for the suggestion. I should have mentioned that I already tried this. I tried an older driver and the gaming driver and the problem persisted.

I did try rolling back my video driver and I also tried the gaming version and the problem persisted.
