Premiere 25 some glitches

I updated my Premiere 2 days ago to Premiere 25 and will be reverting back to 24 until these bugs are fixed.

I was making transition effects with adjustment layers adding transform motion and gaussian blur to add motion blur. I was having crazy difficulty getting these effects to work in sync on the adjustment layer together.  Once gaussian blur was added the anchor point would move on my transform movement, I also couldn't fade in and out the gaussian blur - if i added key frames it would just disable the effect entirely.

When I shut down my computer and came back the next day the effects that I had added had shifted all the way to the right and couldn't be fixed so I had to recreate the transitions all over again.

I'm also struggling with label coloring. I use labels in my every day edits and it is getting really difficult to edit without them. After cutting up a long one-take interview I want to be able to label highlights of that cut with a specific color. When I try to do that it labels the entire interview that color not just the section I highlighted to label, anything cut from that same clip will be labeled that color, and that doesn't work for me - is there a way to turn that off?

Thank you, Samantha.

Ah you know I didn't even know about this setting, "Show Source Clip Name and Label" in the wrench menu in the Timeline panel, with every label tutorial I've watched hoping to fix this issue. Thank you for that.

@Samantha32701556ybrp regarding label color, you can toggle "Show Source Clip Name and Label" in the wrench menu in the Timeline panel. When this is on, the clips in the timeline always show the same name and color as their source clip in the Project panel. Changing one ripples the change everywhere. When that is off, the clips in the timeline each keep their own "local" name and color and that's the behavior you're looking for. The project remembers both, so you can toggle whenver you like without losing them.

A thread for each bug makes conversations/discussions easier...

The last one (struggles with label color) is by-design behavior. Project items have labels; track items created from those project items, adopt the project item's current label color.
