Premiere Pro 2023 project freeze during rendering and export

I have been trying to render a project in Premiere Pro for 4 days now. The project is about 34 mins in length. It Freezes every time I try to render it. Never in the same spot. No error messages. I have tried it on 2 different computers. I have done it software only, CUDA, and OpenCL. Both computers exceeds all the requirements for running adobe products, and have never had an issue before. SInce I have done it on multiple machine in different locations, I am coming to the conclusion that is possibly software related.
