Premiere Pro severe lags

Long story short...I'm working on my windows desktop with a huge hour long multicam video setup and these are the issues I got.

 

- Slow on startup

- Controls are not always responsive. (Everytime i play/puase it takes a good minute to stop.)

- Videos take too long to relink

- Keyframes lag

- Scrubbing on the timeline lags

- Unable to use text

- Exporting is super slow (it used to take an hour or 2 to export this particular project ~ with 25.3 it said it would take 35 hours)

    Not multi-cam but having the same issues. Playback lag is impossible and just can't edit anything. Tried installing previous versons but no luck as of yet.
