Premiere won't open, after opening once and not loading my material.

Premiere Pro, don't know what version as it's now stopped opening.

I opened a project I started two days ago.  I waited for the circle at the top right to finish it's graphical fill and become a tick mark, which idicated it's finished finding my material.

I positioned the playhead on the timeline, but the record window remained black.  I could move the playhead, but the record window remained black.  Pressing play would not do anything, no playhead movement and no video.  I doubled-clicked a source file, to load it into the source window, but that too was black.  Pressing play did nothing.

I exited software.  I opened software again and it now crahses before getting to Projects window at the start.

This all work on Monday.  Didin't use it yesterday.  Now it crashes.  All other non-Adobe graphics software works correctly.  It's just Adobe.
