problem with transitions

After reinstalling Windows 11 and, of course, all the programs, I still keep getting the same rendering errors. There's a rendering error in the middle of a clip (see attachment). I use Warp Stabilizer quite often, and that seems to be problematic for Premiere. But when I export the clip in question plus the clips before and after it as a movie, thus pasting in a clean clip without effects, Premiere keeps giving errors. Sometimes I get reports of an area far from the end of the movie cut (see attachment). Is there anything I can do about this?
I'm also having problems with cross-dissolves. At the end of this transition, a frame sometimes goes black. If I shorten the transition by one frame, it usually works. Am I doing something wrong, or am I using too many effects?

I have been experimenting to find out what could be wrong. I think I have found it, I hope. With the clip in question I got a warning that the path could not be found. In addition, I have rendering problems in some places due to an effect. Even if I replace the clip without effects or cut the movie and move the last part, so there is nothing in the indicated place, no image and sound, Premiere stubbornly keeps indicating a foot. I don't understand why, because I can't find anything.
