Send to Media Encoder Shortcut Bug | Incorrect Source I/O

Bug description:

When sending a sequence to media encoder using the ALT+SHIFT+M keyboard shortcut on Windows, it doesn't respect the timeline I/O settings and will set an incorrect out point on the sequence you are trying to send. It seems like it only remebers the out point from the last sequence you went into the export dialog and THEN hit the "send to media encoder button." Makes the shortcut basically useless as you still have to open the export dialog to make sure the right i/o points are set.

Steps to reproduce in this video: https://youtu.be/XREOD9WhivQ

Expected behavior: The "send to media encoder shortcut" will use the currently availible In / out point of the sent sequence or the currently availible work area. Not the previously sent one.

Workaround: Doesn't seem to happen if you have "import premeire pro seqeunces natively" unchecked in media encoder.

I wouldn't need to use this shortcut if the old export page still existed in Premiere. And the shortcut is more or less broken if you have media encoder configured in the default manner.

You can still use the old export page in AME.

P.S. Just give us the old export page back.
