The Export window freezes again!

The program freezes in the export window. Again! I reinstalled the system, updated everything and again this problem! A terrible product, terrible quality of software. Make it like in Davinci!

I press the export window and program becoming unresponsive.Alt+Ctrl+Delete saves me. I work in MP4 MOV or JPG format

Sorry you are experiencing issues. We need a few more details to try to help with the problem like the Premiere Pro version you are on and any hardware details you can provide. Please see, How to Report a Problem.

What kind of media are you working with and what kind of file are you trying to export to? Is this happening mid-export or just by switching over to the export window? Are you getting a crash dialogue box or is the program becoming unresponsive?
