Timeline crashed and disappeared!

While working on a short film project, the timeline in one of the sequences in Adobe Premiere Pro disappeared entirely. I can play the video and watch it on the program monitor, but I can't see the timeline to edit and work on the project. I tried updating to the latest version, and I also tried closing and reopening the timeline and the software, but nothing worked.

The timeline contains a lot of graphics, animations, and sound effects. What is the solution?
