[Moderator note: as you mention this is a Team project, I am moving this thread to the Team Projects forum.]
[Moderator note 2: Following the thread it becomes evident that this is not a Team Projects specific issue and can also occur in an empty local .prproj. I'm moving this thread back to the Premiere Pro forum.]

The Audio Clip Mixer Window was the culprit for me.

It was displaying as quite wide, showing gray space to the right of the tracks.
My error was fixed when I made this panel smaller width.

After, I was able to make it bigger again and have no issue.

Hi there,

I am not familiar with this error, Can you provide some steps on how you get this error and I'll go ahead and repro it and see what I can do for you?

Let me know,

-Nate

Edit :: Was looking through our bug database and found a reference to this and the audio clip mixer panel has a very small height and then clicking on the program/source monitor with clips loaded.  Is this the case for you?

I was just using a lower third text graphic downloaded from Motion Array and imported into Premiere. Upon playing the sequence with the motion graphic the above error happened.

Can you send me a picture of your desktop?  Additionally, if you have a A/V clip loaded in your Program and Source and you switch between your source and program montior, does it spam the event viewer with the message?

So I can't send a picture at the moment but here are the basic specs of my desktop:

Dell G5 5000

AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900F CPU @ 2.80 GHz

I didn't notice it in the source monitor, only the program monitor. It also seemed to happen sporadically, sometimes it would happen and spam the even viewer and other times it seemed playback without any issues.

Not sure if this helps. I got the same error message. It only would appear after 6min 25seconds for me. so any playback after this time would cause the error and anything before that in the timeline would be  fine.  I moved audio and video clips around and it didnt change the time for which the error would appear. Never had this problem with other projects. I resolved the issue by creating a new sequence in the same project, and then copy and pasted all the clips/audio into the new sequence.

I did try the method of creating a new sequence, as well as an entirely new project file and copying all the sequences and assets into it, but unfortunately was met with the same results. I also noticed that the error would only happen sometimes during playback, where one day it was happening consistently but not at all the next day.

I am also getting the same error. The past few days. The weird thing is, I am getting it for just creating a brand new project. It's completely empty and no media has been imported.

This is a brand new project. No imports. Clean! Seems like it's happening for no reason.

I am getting the same error. Was working an existing project and now when I open it this message pops up in the lower RH  corner of the screen and then converts to red triangle. When I click on the triangle, two of this same message appear in a popup box.

I got this when I used an auto-save file. It's odd. Now it happens all the time. Deleted cache etc. Not sure what to do - and it interrupts the action I'm making (like stops me from doing something).

Same (the auto save file). At least there's a consistent possibility of reproducing the issue.

I am having the same issue.  When I start Premier Pro without any media at all. When will this bug be fixed? Nothing else has changed on my end.

So I think I found the problem, but I don't know how to permenantly fix the issue. The problem is that one of the panels is glitching. There are a lot of weird repeating lines when I change the panel size. The panel buttons are also all over the place and some of them even vanished when I try to resize the glitching panel. I restarted Premiere and the panel turned back to normal and the error message was gone.

I hope this helps.

I had the same problem when I selected Window > Audio Clip Mixer.  The error warning popped up about every 30 seconds.
I closed the Audio Clip Mixer window and it stopped.
