Unable to import ProRes Raw video on Windows

Hello,

 

with my camera I used an Atomos Ninja V+ to record videos in Prores Raw

I use a PC with Windows 11, I downloaded "Apple ProRes RAW for Windows 1.3".

 

I downloaded the latest NVIDIA Studio 531.41 driver

 

and unfortunately when I put a video in ProRes Raw on Premiere Pro it sends me an error message saying "impossible to decode the ProRes Raw video".

 

I have a black screen on the preview screen of première pro and just the sound

 

I have a recent laptop from this year :

Intel Core i9

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU
Amount of video memory: 16 GB

 

can you help me to use première pro with video in ProRes Raw

    I now have a new computer with an i9 processor, except that my graphics card is an RTX 4080 Super, and unfortunately I still have the same problem.

    Hi Oyka,

    Sorry it's still not fixed at your end. We have no internal report of  ProRes Raw media issues with Nvidia GPUs.
    Please share some problemtic clips/projects https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/share.html . We will investigate at our end and report back.

    Hi @Oyka ,

    Sorry for the issue. This was fixed long back in the latest Nvidia drivers. Let us know if you are still facing this problem in Premiere Pro with latest drivers.
