Unable to use my Custom Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello Adobe, I have one Mac and a PC,

for years I'm using Custom Keyboard Shortcuts on my mac without any issue.

but recently I Purchased a Gaming PC, now when I use that .kys keyboard shortcuts file from mac,

in my PC, those shortcuts don't key applied, It show the name of my .kys file. like the shortcuts are activated,

by my custom shortcuts don't work in mac, I'm unable to find it's solution anyewhere on the enternet, please anyone help me! Please check the screenshot attached
