Very bad peformance with CC2024, always mediapending

Very bad performance with CC2024.3 or higher . Same footage performs much better with cc2023.3!

Footage with old codecs like DV25 or SD mpeg performs very bad in Premiere CC2024.3 or higher.

Also mediapending screen appears a lot.

You can fix slow media opening and pending with clearing the mediacache folder.

This problem comes back after a short while however.

DV25 avi files or SD mpeg files don't open or take a huges amouth of time.

So support for the old legacy codecs (via Direct show) is very bad.

Today I had to switch to CC2023.3 to get a project done with DV25 and SD mpeg.
