I have been having very poor performance on my Premiere. Specially after the update. My PC specs are:

MB: Gigabyte B760M AORUS ELITE
Video: EVGA RTX 3070 Ti FTW3
CPU: Intel i7 14700K
Water Cooler: C3Tech FC-W360RGB
RAM: 64 GB DDR5 Kingston Fury RGB 5600 mhz
M2: XPG S70 Blade 1TB
SSD: WD Green 120 GB
SSD: WD Green 240 GB
PSU: Gamemax GX1050 PRO
Gabinete: Gamemax Lucent
Coolers: 6 ARGB Rise Mode Laser 120mm

I have some projects that keep crashing every 5 minutes. It's very annoying problem and I don't know what to do. I clear my cache everyday, already using proxyes to make it more smooth, but it's not working

Wow! Just to be clear, you did a clean install of Windows, 24H2 I would guess.

I wish you would mention it first. I've done that before, where I have a problem program. But I would have suggested, do the clean install, then install PP. Give it a try, Premiere and just Windows. Then start adding your other software back, and continue to test PP as you go. Back in the day, pre 1994, so probably Windows 3 still, I had a problem program, I did as above, and it was working fine. Kept adding and still good. I was about to give up, then I installed the printer drivers. Bam! That's what was causing it. So, knowing that I could work around it.

Did you happen to do it that way, or did you install PP down the line as you might normally.

(BTW: I'm working on a clean install of 24H2 now for about a month)

Hi @Fontenelle Moraes - I'm sorry you are still experiencing crashes This is definitely a crash in the GPU, Your iGPU driver is very out of date.  Can you try updating to the latest current version 32.0.101.6793

I'm not sure if it is the computer, because, every other softwares I use, such as Unreal Engine, Photoshop, After Effects, I don't have a problem. Even with hardcore games like Cyberpunk the PC runs smoothly but when I start working on premiere my life gets difficult. Today even blue screen I had during one of the crashes of the day

I had to delete the medias from the project so it could be functional again. Premiere won't load the sequences and the other medias in the project. Only after I deleted the media and restarted the PC the project started working again. The bad part it, i need to add those medias to the videos but this awesome program can't handle videos.

Hi @Fontenelle Moraes - Can you email me the project to jamiec@adobe.com that you are receiving the error "GPU Render error."  I don't need the media I only need the project.

This error usually means there are effects in your project that aren’t being processed in the correct order during export. It’s definitely a bug we need to fix, but in order to do that, we need to reliably reproduce the issue to understand exactly what’s going wrong.

Thank you again for your help and for taking the time to send screenshots it’s a big help, and we really appreciate you reporting these issues.

Hi @Fontenelle Moraes - Can you navigate to your settings under the tab Media Analysis & Transcription and uncheck the box "Analyze all imported media to visually search your projects"
