Very poor performance on high end pc after Premiere Pro 25.2

I have been having very poor performance on my Premiere. Specially after the update. My PC specs are:

MB: Gigabyte B760M AORUS ELITE
Video: EVGA RTX 3070 Ti FTW3
CPU: Intel i7 14700K
Water Cooler: C3Tech FC-W360RGB
RAM: 64 GB DDR5 Kingston Fury RGB 5600 mhz
M2: XPG S70 Blade 1TB
SSD: WD Green 120 GB
SSD: WD Green 240 GB
PSU: Gamemax GX1050 PRO
Gabinete: Gamemax Lucent
Coolers: 6 ARGB Rise Mode Laser 120mm

I have some projects that keep crashing every 5 minutes. It's very annoying problem and I don't know what to do. I clear my cache everyday, already using proxyes to make it more smooth, but it's not working

@Alexander_DVA i updated the PSU, bought a Corsair RM1000x but i'm still having all the same problems. My old PSU is on my brother's PC, which is older and less powerfull than mine and he doesn't have those issues. I'm really out of options now. Today i updated to 25.5 version. Did all the tests possible to check again the PC's health, everything is how it should be. Did a CPU and GPU stress test together to really stress the PC and it was ok

I cant give you a direct recommendation - but there are great review sites like toms hardware, that have "Best Power Supplies 2025" listings

For the crashes i can only second what was written by others in this thread - your power supply is known to have caused problems (if you saw the youtube review where it caught fire during a load test) - so if you invest into new hardware i would put the power supply above all else and pick a brand that is "known good" and has passed reviews

@Alexander_DVA thanks for the replay. I'm about to buy a new RTX 5070 ti, but i'm already using proxy work flow. It improve the stutter issue, but doesn't help me from crash.

Thank you for the update - the file format you are using is only fully hardware accellerated with nvidia 50xx series. On older systems this probably requires using a proxy workflow - which should remove the bulk of the processing cost for your system and makes it even easier to work with than your other formats.

@Alexander_DVA yeah, i did uptated the software. Most of my problems happens when i'm editing raw files from a Sony FX30, when I edit videos from iPhones, and other medias, i don't have much problem, but in my actual work, we use the FX30 to record the videos, so everyday I struggle with the software.

Guys! Please! I can't take it any longer. Everyday my problem is worse. I'm working in a project with 8 videos but, every little change i do in the videos, premiere freezes, stutter or crash! This is one of the worst experience i ever have with a software.

Thanks @Amal MP  I don't know that Autokroma Influx but i'm sure I can learn it from internet. I'm experiencing the exact same problems, every day with every project

@MyerPj  this is the proxy configs I'm using
