10-Band Graphic Equalizer shifts audio by a few frames

This has been an issue I've noticed for the better part of a year now, across two different machines in several projects of varying timeline settings. Have tried to deal with it as best as I can.

After completing an edit, I'll go into the Essential Audio workspace, add one of the vocal presets to my audio (usually Balance Female/Male) and most of the time this results in a weird shift in the audio tracks by a few frames, very noticeable when playing through some of the edit points with a small audio fade applied (I typically add 4 frame audio fades to dialogue edits to blend them together).

Through disabling the audio filters that get applied one by one, it appears that the 10-band Graphic Equalizer is the cause of this audio shift.

Is anybody else experiencing this or able to replicate the problem?

Adobe CC Premiere Pro 12.0.1

macOS Sierra 10.12.6

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015)

3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB

I am currently working on a project and just put the 10 band graphic equalizer in and wasn't liking the sound, so I toggled the effect off and I got the same issue. I tried deleting it and that seems to fix the issue, but (and this may be me over thinking what I'm hearing and watching) is that it's off a frame or two. Very strange.  Running Premiere version 13.1.2 on Mac OS 10.13.6

Just posting to say I have this exact problem. The waveforms are exactly the same but somehow the audio is late by a few frames as soon as I add Graphic Equalizer (10 bands). The hilarious thing is, I was using Graphic Equalizer on everything up until an hour ago and now it decides to pull this stunt. Loving Premiere, I get my year's worth of stress in a single day trying to make this program work. Wondering why I invested so much time and money into Premiere haha..ha....

I've seen a number of sort of odd issues like this with people on 10.1 or 10.12. So I'm wondering if these sorts of things might go away if you were on 10.13.4 ... ? Just a wild guess, but with all these OS versions, sometimes there's a gotcha there. I know there's a Win10 version of their "Creator" OS that was a wowie.

Even after the latest update to v13 it still occurs. I love little nagging problems like this that never go away. Makes doing any basic audio work in Premiere for dialogue impossible.

I can't replicate this on my Win10 PC. Which is one of those frustrating things ... what is it, hardware or ... what? ... for something like this, some users get it, most don't. And this one would be really annoying to get.

Does the 20 band work ok?
