1080p 120fps editing

I have 1080p 120fps video and I'm trying to slow it down to 25% to create a slomo. After I apply 25% of speed setting the preview I'm getting is very choppy and not smooth at all. After rendering the slomo video file is choppy as well. My mac has 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel Iris 1536 MB. I'm not sure if the problem is that my laptop is not powerful enough or the video itself is broken somehow (Premiere shows that it's 120fps). If someone could suggest where I can download free 120fps sample video so I could test if it's problem with my recording or not, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Solved. Auto Low Light was enabled which drops fps to 30 if the light is not sufficient.

Sorry, the answer is not clear. Auto Low Light was enabled on GoPro Hero 6 camera that I was using to take the video, that's why fps was dropped to 30.
