2022 didn't Improve Playback for NVIDIA on Windows
One of the 2022 features touted was improved 422 10-bit playback: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/whats-new/2022.html#playback however this does not affect Windows PCs using NVIDIA GPUs, like the RTX 3000-series.
NVIDIA clearly has the NVDEC support for it (https://developer.nvidia.com/video-encode-and-decode-gpu-support-matrix-new) yet Adobe Premiere Pro still doesn't make use of it.
My EOS R5 Footage shot in 4K ALL-I in CLOG3 does not use the GPU during decoding. On the other hand, my EOS R footage shot in 4K ALL-I in CLOG does use the GPU during decoding.
When will Windows and NVIDIA users recieve an update to enable this feature? It's frustrating that Apple silicon-based MacBooks are already getting support.
