23.3 (Build 61) – Resizing Program monitor breaks timeline video's aspect ratio

As always, bugs are legion when updating and I'm seriously looking for alternatives.

1) Playback performance is sluggish, not to say iniexistant on mac Studio M1 Max. We can't accept this.

2) Resizing the Program monitor breaks the aspect ratio of your timeline video (see attached example). How in the world?

3) I've yet to find more…

We work in a world leading University and are incapable of delivering critical video courses on time because of your careless updating policy. We are entitled to a solution. Or a least quicker updates and fixes.
