Question

24.0 ver. is incompatible with my PC.

Premier Pro 24.0, After Effects 24.0, Photoshop 25.1, Illustrator 24.0, and Media Encoder 24.0 are incompatible with my PC. My PC's specifications seem to have been met, but why can't I install it? Premier Pro and After Effects must be used. I want to use the 2024 version. For example, 24.0 version instead of 24. something. I've heard that Adobe's odd year version or 00.some versions have a lot of errors, so I've been writing several versions. There are some works that I'm using in version 22 and 23. I've attached the versions and PC specifications that I am using, so please check them. This question is translated by Koreans, so it may not be smooth. I'd appreciate your help.

The latest version is Premiere 2024 as in 24.0.

24.1 or 24.2 are beta versions.

Are you getting an error message if so post screenshot.

Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) Support required

Looks like your cpu is from 2018 and might be too old for 2024.

But I found that AVX2 is active on my pc. Should I use Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner? It's not easy to solve the problem because I have a work that I used to make in ver 22.

Hi @j.h.john_park,

I read your case notes. Odd that your system used to work, but no longer does. Sorry about this. I think we need a bit more info. Check out Help > Compatibility Report. Does it report anything there? You may need to update your driver. What GPU do you have? Have you updated your studio driver lately? You might try that as a next step. Please report back after trying this. I hope it helps. Sorry for the frustration.

Thanks,
Kevin
