60fps vs 24fps issues

From the moment I updated to the new version, a very serious problem started!


When recording at 60fps and importing to a 24fps sequence, and accelerating the clip to "normal speed", the image becomes full of stutters! This never happened with any previous versions.

    60 would be good, 50, not as good. The way the conversions happen.

    Why do you stretch the 24 by 150%, wouldn't be better to stretch the the 60? Then move it down to 24 if that's what you want. 

    Also, you could try Optical Flow in the Clip Speed dialog.

      I only see an initial stutter, right at the beginning of the clip. Is that what you are referring to?

      No, look, towards the end of the picture, the buildings are all full of
      brakes! The picture looks completely strange.

      This only started happening to me with this update. I always captured with
      24fps and 60fps and in Premiere I convert everything to 24fps, but now,
      when accelerating camera and drone images with 60fps, the images look like
      they have missing frames!

      Hi jara_3954,

      Sorry to hear about this. We would need more details to troubleshoot the issue. Please let us know the system specs & the format/codec of the media file you are working with. Does the clip play properly after rendering the sequence (Sequence > Render In to Out)?

      Hello. I am sending you the sequence settings and a link to the exported
      video so that you can check the image's stuttering.

      The image was captured at 50fps and a shutter speed of 1/100.

      I converted the image to 24fps in Premiere and increased the speed by about
      150%. This only started happening with the new update. I see this happening
      with camera images and not just drone images.
