A keyboard shortcut to enter "resizing / positioning" mode?

Can we get a keyboard shortcut to enter "resizing / positioning" mode?

I believe the only way to enter "resizing/repositioning" mode (where you can use the mouse to move or scale a clip) is with the mouse-- either double-clicking a clip in the program monitor, or selecting the clip in the timeline and then clicking "Motion" or "Position" in the Effects Controls.

A keyboard shortcut would be pretty handy for this.
