Question

A Low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (Player:63)

I recently started new audio plug-ins (Waves and Accusonsus)and whenever I use them on certain clips this error message pops-up. A Low-level exception occurred in: Adobe Player (Player:63). I can still use Premiere but the playhead won't play and the Program screen stays on the last frame that was played before the error, reguardless of what new timeline I open.

Thanks,

-Nick

Hi Nick!

Welcome to the community. I see that you're getting a Low-Level Exception error while working in Premiere Pro.

  •  What are the specifications of your computer [OS/CPU/Memory/GPU]?
  • Are you getting this error with specific media files? If yes, please share the details.
  • What happens if you temporarily remove the Plug-in?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Kartika

Thank you for getting back to me Kartika,

Here is a screen shot of my macs specs.

I am getting the same error message whenever I try to play a clip with those plug-ins. However, the number next to Adobe Player (Player xx), is a different with each clip.  When I delete the plug-ins from the track the clip plays fine.

Matt from the product team here.  Can you try upping the settings for "Preferences>Audio Hardware>I/O Buffer Setting..." to 2048 or 4096 and see if that helps.

Also, a screen shot of that same preference page could be useful.
