A low level exeption occured: Main concept Code suit Importer 39

 

This his happening only when I make custom opacity key frames on a clip and move them around, My sequence goes blank for a moment and I get the mentioned error code. It seems to be isloated  to my using custom key frames both Volume and oppacity.

 

File types are 1080p .MOV Mpeg Format Shot on Canon 5D Mark III

 

Any ideas?

    Hello Karika thank you,

     

    Latest update of Premiere Pro 2020

    WINDOWS 10 HOME.

    16 Gigs RAM

    AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six Core Processor 3.39 GHZ

    Radeon RX 580 Series

     

    The issue is intermitten on different projects but all file types are .MOV - Mpeg 1920x1080p

    Issue is with keyframes on either video or audio files.

    Thank you for providing the details. 

    You may try resetting the preferences. This will reset the program to its factory defaults.

    In addition to this, you can try to delete the media cache file: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-clean-delete-or-trash-media-cache-files/td-p/8324672?page=1
