A way to change default audio transition "center at cut" to "end at cut"?

Is there a way to change the "center at cut" DEFAULT position of a transition , to "end at cut"?  At my job as an editor, I do a lot of cuts constantly. And I have to apply J-audio transitions to this cuts. It would save me work if I could have the audio transition default set to "end at cut". Thanks!

Premiere Pro's copy - paste remembers transition's position, so, you can adjust the transition's position manually for the first applied transition and copy it, after that, instead of using ctrl + d to apply default transition, you can use ctrl + v to apply your modified transition to selected edit points (you have to select edit points, not whole clips). Personally, I would finish the edit, select all edit points, and paste the copied transition.
The good thing about copy paste, is that it will override the existing transitions by the copied one, which is sometimes a life saver.

That's a solution!!

I did Ctrl+Shift+Select cut points where I need to put the transition and hit ctrl+v and voilá!

I didn't know that Premiere remembers transition's position.

Thanks a lot Ali!!

By the way, you can press "ctrl" while using the selection tool to select multiple consecutive edit points (start your selection from outside of clips while pressing ctrl).

Yes, but I have som cut points where i don´t need to use transition, so instead I press Ctrl+Shift to select the ones that I want.

The way transitions are dropped on a cut depends on the available handles.

If both clips have sufficient handles, the transition will automatically set in the middle.

I am guessing you are using kbsc to apply the transitions.

I see no way to change the setting.

If you drag the transition to the timeline you can set is to end of cut.

Yes, I use kbsc to apply the transitions!

I'll keep doing manually.

Thanks!!
