AAC sound versions differences!

Hello everyone I am using Adobe Premiere PRO for the first time and recently I started a project and I am confused what are the audio differences for the following?🤔
1 / AAC
2 / AAC+ version 1
3 / AAC + version 2
Can anyone help me find out?🙏

I was unaware of the different AAC flavours but some brief reasearch revealed that basically ...

AAC - LC is standard AAC

AAC + V2 is AAC specifically for low bandwidth and streaming requirements. It sounds better at low datarates. i.e 48kbps.

 

At higher datarates (as I've read) there is no improvement to using AAC+ V2 - after you pass about 128kbps data rate.
