About canceling my account membership
Hello, I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud in June 2025. The email address I used was "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," but the university deactivated it and it's no longer available. In August, I couldn't access my account or use Adobe programs. I signed up again with a new email address: "22296894@mail.baskent.edu.tr." You can see that I registered with this email address. The account membership associated with this email address, "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," is still active, but I can't use it, and the membership fee continues to be deducted from my account. Please help me cancel my membership associated with this email address: "22296894@baskent.edu.tr."
