Accents (É, Ó, Ú, Ñ, etc) not appearing

Accents are not appearing over letters in titles. They are in the Timeline and Essential Graphics, but are nowhere to be seen on the Program display. I've tried changing fonts (fonts that have yielded accents in the past), and for some reason they DO appear ONE of my titles, which is the same font as the rest. Help!
