Account Cancellation and fee!?

I want to cancel my account from Adobe and want the fee waivered. I only used premiere pro for one month and I thought I canceled it a while back because I wasn't using it anymore. However, I have been getting charged monthly and as I wanted to cancel it a 2nd time there is a cancelation fee? I was unaware of this and thought it was a month to month subscription. Please cancel my membership and waive this fee. I have never dealt with a subscription from a company that charges cancelation fees until now. This is very wrong when me and many other people don't know that they are signing up for a contract and think they are doing month to month payments.
