Hello

I have Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0. I lived in the U.K. I am asked to activate the programme. However, I have tried to telephone the United Kingdom numbers provided - 0800 3284536 or 020 7365 0567 and they are both unobtainable.

How do I activate the programme?

Unfortunately, you've bought an unusable version which has not been able to be activated for many years.

You'll have to either contact the seller for a refund or accept that the money you've paid is lost.

The newer versions of Premiere Elements will allow you to edit, but not capture videotapes to a digital format.
