Active panel switching

Hi. Recently I started using Pr 23.6 (was on a 22.6.2 for a long time). And i noticed some strange and very irritating behaviour. I work with merged clips and multicams which are in one project and my sequence is in the another project. So when I insert (or overwrite) something from source monitor to the timeline Pr switches active panel wich clips to the panel with project containing the sequence.

I'm on macOS Ventura 13.6
