I'm working with interlaced material (XDCam422HD1080PAL) and the sequence also set up to this format (Upper field first).

When aplying an adjustment-layer to put a video limiter over the whole timeline, PremierePro only uses the first field, second field is ignored. Even the exported file is progressiv (identical upper and lower fields).

Disabeling the adjustment-layer will show both fields.

Workaround: Nest all clips an put the limiter onto the nest, not very handy.

Working on a MacStudio with M1 Chip an PremierePro-Version 23.2.0

After checking it out deeply it seemed to be only a display bug!

Exported files have still upper and lower field.
