Adjustment layer different ratios

Im currently working on a project where i'm making videos with a 9:16 ratio. When using the wipe transition (offset + dir. blur) on the adjustment layer (changed it to the specific dimensions) it still keeps the 16:9 ratio. See the screenshot for what I mean.

I tried searching it but couldn't really find anything.  I can workaround it by keyframing the wipe on the two clips to make it, but that takes more effort than writing this.

Is there a way to make the adjustment layer adaptive?

Yes. I overlooked the specifications of the AL. This is was just written too fast and not double checked. Is it possible to delete this since this is an usererror instead of a real how-to question?
