What type of account do you have?

Is it an individual subscription, or an Enterprise or Teams account?

Each Adobe Premiere Pro Business Plan license is for one person. You can install it on two devices, but only one can be used at a time. If you want multiple people to use it at the same time, you need to buy a license for each person.
