I pay for the full subscription for the creative cloud and when i have a problem it is a community solution.

 

there are many problems with Premiere "PRO" at the moment.

Sorry for the frustration. We are here to help you. Can you give us information about your computer, the media you are editing with (which camera you were shooting on), and any workflow details? Like, what kind of video you are attempting to make and what specific problems you are having.

 

By the way, are you working in a company or you are at a school?

Hi Kevin
Thanks for the reply. i have posted my issue before but no response.
Since the last update the timeline keeps freezing. I can click on a clip and make chenges but i cannot move them or drag a clip from the clip bin onto the timeline. in effect i cannot do any work.
the only solution is to reset the workspace which someimtes works but also re-installing the app works but the problem keeps coming back. I am on a deadline which isnt going to happen now.
This is a recouring issue for the last few weeks now.
