Adobe Dynamic Link Greyed Out?

I'm working on a video and I wanted to use Dynamic Link, but it's greyed out. I wanted to use better text transitions but when I go to use the Dynamic Link in Premiere Pro, I can't do anything. I have Premiere Pro CC 2015.3 and After Effects CC 2017.

Any ideas?

Hi Abbya,

Dynamiclink feature works only when both the applications are of the same version. Please check the compatible version numbers in this article.

How about aplications after 2017?

I have premiere pro 13.1.5 and it won't recognize After Effects project 16.1.3

Which version would be compatible?
