Adobe PP Crashes when CPU Turbo Boost in BIOS is enabled

Question

Hi guys,

My Adobe Premiere Pro & Media Encoder are freezing during an export when I enable my CPU's Turbo Boost function.

When I have this enabled my CPU usage is at 100% while exporting the edited video.

When I have this disabled my CPU usage is at arround 70% while exporting.

I have tried everything. Roll back the GPU drivers, giving Adobe more memory, restarting my pc, rollback to an older version of Premiere Pro & Media Encoder and many more to specify...

GLOBAL HW SPECS:
CPU: i9-13900K

RAM: 128GB

SSD: 1TB NVME PCIE 4.0 (Source)
SSD: 2TB NVME PCIE 3.0 (Export)

GPU: RTX 3090

I have changed some settings inside my BIOS/UEFI. Now its running / exporting normally without any problems. It looks like its fixed for now at least!

If I encounter this problem again I will let you know here

That might be a sign of a memory controller that cannot handle very high memory speeds with more than two sticks of RAM (or is auto-set to an unstable overclock on the RAM). You see, with DDR5 RAM, 13th-Gen Intel CPUs only guarantee memory speeds of up to only DDR5-4400 speed when all four DIMM slots on a DDR5 motherboard are occupied with dual-rank DIMMs (all 32 GB and larger DDR5 DIMMs so far have been double-rank).
